Instructors are nationally certified and bring years of experience in creating sessions that are both challenging and accessible. We offer a rotating timetable that includes HIIT Cartel, yoga, dance-inspired cardio, strength circuits, and functional training classes. Each session is carefully structured to maximise calorie burn, build lean muscle, and leave you feeling energised rather than depleted. Many of our members credit group fitness with helping them stay consistent — when you know your favourite class is waiting, it is easier to show up.
What to Expect in a Typical Class
- Check-In (5 minutes): Arrive early to secure your spot. Our front-desk team will guide you to the studio. Mats and equipment are provided.
- Warm-Up (5–8 minutes): Dynamic movements to raise your heart rate and prepare your muscles. The instructor will cue modifications for different fitness levels.
- Main Workout (35–45 minutes): The heart of the session. Expect a mix of cardio bursts, strength exercises, and bodyweight movements. Music drives the pace and energy.
- Cool-Down (5–7 minutes): Gradual reduction in intensity, followed by stretching to aid recovery and flexibility.
