Return and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for Terrough (FITNESS CARTEL PTY LTD) memberships and related services.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership in accordance with the terms of your membership agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through our designated process. Minimum commitment periods may apply depending on your membership type. Please refer to your agreement for specific cancellation terms.

Cooling-Off Period

If you have recently joined and are within the cooling-off period specified in your agreement, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. Cooling-off periods and refund amounts vary by membership type and are set out in your membership documentation.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Refunds may be pro-rated based on the period of membership used. Administrative fees may apply in certain circumstances as specified in your agreement.

Personal Training and Add-On Services

Pre-paid personal training sessions and other add-on services may be subject to separate refund terms. Unused sessions may be refundable or transferable depending on the package purchased. Contact your club for details.

Pro Shop and Retail

Items purchased from our Pro Shop may be returned within fourteen days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or relocation, on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. Contact your club or info@terrough.com to discuss your situation.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law, please contact us to discuss.
