These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Terrough health clubs and the website terrough.com, operated by FITNESS CARTEL PTY LTD (ABN 60 640 209 007). By accessing our services or website, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Membership terms are set out in your membership agreement. You must provide accurate information when signing up and notify us of any changes. Membership fees are payable in accordance with your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Use of Facilities

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
